At AMUR, we stand by our commitment to sustainable luxury and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original tags and the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
